Elite Exceptions to the Laws Empty
PostSubject: Elite Exceptions to the Laws   Elite Exceptions to the Laws EmptyFri Oct 21, 2011 1:17 pm

The Elite are exceptions to some of the Laws in the world. That does not mean that they can't be removed, however. This list follows the exact list of Laws:

- Technically, the Elite are not allowed to kill. They simply order the Police to kill. If they were to do it themselves, that would warrant a removal.

- Stealing would also warrant a removal.

+ The Elite can stay out past midnight. They risk being caught by a Police, though, and having to reveal themselves. If that happens, they can ask to have said member of the Police removed, but because the Police already know about the Elite, it is not actually mandatory that they be removed.

- If you love someone, then you should not cheat on them. That goes for the Elite as well.

+/- The Elite don't need permission to start a relationship with another Elite. They do need permission, though, to start one with any non-Elite.

+/- Similar to the above, Elites can have sex with other Elites without a relationship. They cannot have sex with any non-Elite who isn't a prostitute, though.

+ Sex is not limited to the Elites. They can enter the Red Light District as they please, easily obtaining a permit without permission. They must use protection, no matter who it is.

- Elite still need permission to have children. They don't want the world to be over populated.

- It's still considered wrong to be indecent in public, no matter who you are. An Elite would not be removed for this, though. Simply banned from going out into public for a while.

- The amount of alcohol someone can drink is based on their tolerance. The Elite have to follow this law just as the regular citizens do. This is mostly because of a fear that a drunk Elite might let out too much information.

+ This law is automatically broken when one becomes an Elite. They need to have their tattoo, after all.

+ The Elite can have as much money as they want. They print the money, and so they can take what they need.

+ Having a large amount of money means that it does not matter how much they spend. They just shouldn't be obvious about their spending.

+/- The Elite are better than everyone else, but that doesn't mean they can admit it in public. One Elite can claim they are better than another Elite, though.

+/- One Elite can claim to hate another Elite, and an Elite can claim to hate a non-Elite if they are not in public. If they are in public, it is considered wrong.

+ Isn't it obvious that the Elite don't follow all of the laws?

- If an Elite questions the Elite, it warrants removal.
